Upon request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases; we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce legal terms, or comply with legal requirements.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms. If a standard we must follow is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised Privacy Notice. California law requires us to disclose this; we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Categories of personal information we collect (past 12 months): Identifiers and Contact details (YES); Personal information under California Customer Records statute (YES); Protected classification characteristics, Commercial information, Biometric information, Internet/network activity, Geolocation data, Audio/electronic/sensory information, Professional/employment information, Education information, Inferences, Sensitive personal information (NO). We may also collect other personal information through customer support, surveys, and delivery of Services.
We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Your rights under certain US state laws may include: right to know if we process your data; right to access; right to correct; right to delete; right to a copy; right to non-discrimination; right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Depending on your state, additional rights may apply (e.g. list of categories or third parties, limit use of sensitive data).

California "Shine The Light" Law: California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing and the names and addresses of those third parties.
